Important Notes

  • Fair Winds can be used towards the discount but is not eligible to be discounted or as a free item. e.g., Buying Fair Winds will automatically take you to the 25% off an item discount tier.
  • Discounts apply automatically.
  • Bundles are included in spending totals and discounts but NOT as a free item.
  • Free shipping applies only to orders within the continental United States (see our full shipping policy for details).

Order Cancellations
For items in-stock, you may request a cancellation before the item has been shipped. 
Due to the exclusive nature of limited edition records, once an item has been shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refund will be issued.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

 

Address Change Requests

We understand things change and we want you to have our product just as much as you do! If you are planning on moving, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update the order. 

Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for changing your default address for future orders under your account because Shopify does not automatically do that for us. Any delays or shipments sent to the wrong address from failure to do the above are the customer's responsibility. We would do our best to work with you and even hold your item, if it is returned to us but you will be responsible for additional shipping/customs charges.

Damages and Other Product Issues

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, unforeseen circumstances during transit can occasionally occur. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 72 hours of delivery if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it. To assist in this process, we may request images or additional details about the concern.

While we strive to replace items damaged in transit, please note that replacements may not always be possible due to item availability or other reasonable limitations.

Reasonable concerns typically include clear manufacturing defects. However, certain issues are inherent to the nature of producing limited-edition vinyl and the need to assemble various components separately. Examples of concerns we cannot accommodate include minor imperfections such as small dings, light scratches, seam splits, or warping that does not impact playback quality.

Additionally, colored or uniquely designed vinyl records may exhibit sound quality variations compared to standard black or single-color records. These cases will be reviewed individually to determine appropriate action.

Returned Parcels
We understand things happen and we try to work with you as much as we can. However, ultimately the buyer is responsible for the package if it is returned to us because it was not picked up from the post office or the wrong address was provided.
The customer will need to pay for postage again for the item if they would like it shipped again. In case of a return and refund situation, any damage sustained to the original item during the return shipment due to the above may be deducted (depending on severity), up to the full amount of the order, from the refund amount. Postage WILL NOT be refunded for orders returned due to the above circumstances, unless otherwise stated.

MEDIA MAIL: One of the issues we have seen every now and then with this option is the way the packages are handled in transit. This is the cheapest option and is often treated that way by the mail service. If there are any concerns for damage in transit, please pick a different option that provides shipping insurance as we will not be able to process claims for damaged items in transit via this method. We will try our best to work with you but it will depend on a case by case basis, unless customer paid for upgraded shipping or explicitly makes a request before the item is shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

International Shipping & Customs

Any customs or import charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.  Unfortunately, due to changes with VAT, we are unable to offer shipping to the UK at this time unless otherwise specified.  However, we hope to be able to offer those services to our friends in the UK in the near future in addition to working with distributors like Black Screen Records.

For customers that are seeing a $0.99 shipping cost, that is a placeholder as we have to manually calculate rates to your country. Please contact us at info@mangomagerecords.com. Any orders that have not completed the shipping process this way will be cancelled and inventory will be restocked.

 

Shipping Method & Rates

We currently use USPS as our main method of distribution.  If any other shipping options are available, they will be listed at the time of checkout.

Unfortunately, with the cost of packaging and shipping rising, we are forced to increase prices as well. The rates are reflected at the time of checkout.

 

 

TL;DR

No preorder cancellations after 7 days.

No cancellation of in-stock items after shipment.

No refunds for damaged items after 72 hours of delivery.

No BREXIT mailing but Black Screen Records may carry some copies.

Media mail is default, pick another option that has insurance if worried about damage in transit.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and we will not ship it as a gift, that is mail fraud.
