TUNIC: FINAL PRODUCTION UPDATE/SHIPPING INFO

*ALL shipments have been sent out* but please refer to the appropriate shipping areas below because tracking will be provided as it is made available for us to enter on Shopify. Please have patience with this process as unfortunately our distributor does this manually.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
There was an issue with tracking information being imported into Shopify for a very small handful of orders. If you received a tracking number that does not match your address, please let us know. The packages were, in fact, sent to the right address. It was an error on our end. While entering the tracking information in Shopify, one of the orders did not have the right number which then cascaded into all the orders afterwards getting the wrong number added.
We are going through orders manually to rectify this issue. If you are affected, please stand by and the tracking information should update in the next 24-48 hours.


U.S. Orders:

ORDERS HAVE BEGUN SHIPPING! Tracking information is being updated as it is received. Unfortunately the distributor is swamped and we may not get the tracking info immediately.
A workaround seems to be USPS' informed delivery service. If you have signed up for it, go to their website and check your upcoming parcels. There should be a package en route from Portland, OR, shipped by "AUCTANE ENDICIA."

TL;DR: Boxes out of customs. Mauled by forklift. Thankfully, we have spares. Expected to ship October. CHANGED ADDRESS? Reach out before October!

Hey everyone,

We understand it’s been a while since the last update in which we shared that the specialty boxes were stuck in customs limbo. The good news: we’ve since been able to have them all released to our warehouse in Austria, huzzah!

The bad news: they saw fit to ram a literal forklift through the sides of our shipment. A time-consuming road bump.

We have been quiet on our end because we wanted to have some solid answers before putting out a full update. We are currently in the process of removing defective boxes and filing our claim. Thankfully, as we ordered slightly more boxes to act as a buffer, we should be able to fulfill every order, regardless of this logistical manhandling. We’ve hired extra hands to help with boxing and shipping these babies as soon as we can get to them. We feel confident that complete TUNIC packages will start shipping in October!

Thank you all for bearing with us through this process. We had to make sure we had confirmation of the extent of the damage before putting out a public statement. ‘A rogue forklift mauled our custom boxes’ just sounded a little too out there, otherwise.
